1. Sponsor

The Destination Anywhere Else Flight Voucher Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The 308 Boutique, located in Nebraska (“Sponsor”). The Destination Anywhere Else Flight Voucher Sweepstakes is also sponsored by The Greii, Fate, Mystree/Hem & Thread and Liverpool, located in California.

This promotion is inno way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. 

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins weekly:

January 5th  at 12:00 AM CST and ends on January 11th at 11:59 PM CST 

January 12th  at 12:00 AM CST and ends on January 18th at 11:59 PM CST

January 19th  at 12:00 AM CST and ends on January 25th at 11:59 PM CST 

January 26th  at 12:00 AM CST and ends on February 1st at 11:59 PM CST

The Sweepstakes will consist of four (4) weekly entry periods, with one (1) prize awarded per week. 

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry Method

Participants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on qualifying purchases made in-store or online at The 308 Boutique during the Sweepstakes Period.

• Entries are calculated based on pre-tax, pre-shipping totals

• Purchases made using store credit are eligible

• Returns will void entries associated with the returned purchase

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, customers can receive one free entry per person at all three of our Nebraska locations weekly.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Wednesday of each week and received by Saturday of each week to be eligible for the applicable weekly drawing.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per week.

5. Weekly Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Weekly Prize: One (1) $1,000 flight voucher redeemable at Flightgift.com

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 per prize

Total Number of Prizes: Four (4)
Total ARV of All Prizes: $4,000 USD

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted weekly from all eligible entries received for that week.

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Conditions

• Flight vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of Flightgift.com

• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion

• Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes

• Winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each weekly entry period.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries, or for technical errors of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

12. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Winners List

To obtain a list of winners, send a written request to the Sponsor’s address above within 30 days of the Sweepstakes end date.
